Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about purchasing, sizing, and islandwide delivery.

You can either add your favorite dress to your Shopping Bag on this website and proceed through our Online Payment checkout, or click any "Buy via WhatsApp" button to send an auto-formatted order message directly to our team at +94 77 236 3230!

With Online Payment, you don't need to pay online in advance. We dispatch your packaged dress with a domestic courier. When the delivery rider arrives at your doorstep, you simply hand over the exact cash amount in Sri Lankan Rupees.

Orders within Colombo and Gampaha typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Outstation districts (such as Kandy, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Badulla, Jaffna) take 2 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking updates once your parcel is dispatched.

Yes, absolutely! We offer hassle-free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the dress is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Simply WhatsApp our customer support team to arrange an exchange courier.

Please check our interactive Size Guide on any product page for standard bust, waist, and hip measurements in inches. If you are unsure between two sizes, feel free to send us your measurements on WhatsApp and our stylists will recommend the best fit!
